What services does Userox Innovations offer?
We build websites and web applications, run digital marketing and SEO campaigns, build ecommerce stores (including Shopify), produce graphic design and brand identity work, create photo/video content, and build custom software like CRMs and admin dashboards.
Where is Userox Innovations based, and do you work outside Wayanad?
We're based in Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala. Most of our work is remote-friendly, so we take on projects across Kerala and beyond — location isn't a barrier.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on scope. A focused business website typically takes a few weeks from kickoff to launch; larger web applications or ecommerce builds take longer. We scope timelines project-by-project rather than quoting a fixed number up front.
Do you build on WordPress or custom code?
We build custom, primarily on modern frameworks like Next.js, because it gives us direct control over performance and SEO. For ecommerce, we also work with Shopify.
Can you help with SEO for an existing website?
Yes. We audit existing sites for technical SEO issues (site speed, structured data, indexability, on-page factors) and provide a prioritized fix list, and can implement the fixes directly if you'd like.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — we offer ongoing maintenance, content updates, and iterative improvements after launch rather than treating a website as a one-time deliverable.
